Terms of Service

These terms govern the services WebDECOR provides — web design, development, CMS and content work, and ongoing care plans. By starting a project with us you agree to them.
Quotes and payment
Every project starts with a fixed written quote. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are split 50% to begin and 50% at launch, payable within 14 days.
Timeline and revisions
You will see a live preview within 14 days of kickoff. Each quote includes two rounds of revisions; additional rounds or scope changes are quoted separately before any work starts.
Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid, you own the design and code we produced for your site. We may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Care plans
Care plans cover hosting management, updates, backups, and small improvements, billed monthly. They can be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Liability
We work hard to ship secure, reliable sites, but our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected project. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
